About Our Company

DVSP Consulting is a consulting and training company. 

Our company offers  high-level consulting and training services to private and public sector organisations. We have an extensive successful  cooperation experience both with Baltic large  corporate clients and also starting companies. 

Our main consulting services are compiling and writing of business plans and export plans and helping customers in the process of applying for funding from EU structural funds. Our financial plans  are consistent with the requirements of EAS (Enterprise Estonia) and other financing organisations. We have helped many owners of companies in assessment of the value of their company, using different assessment methodologies.

We also have helped different companies and educational organisations to formulate and write their strategic development plans and we usually facilitate a series of strategy seminars for that purpose.   

Our consultants facilitate trainings in Estonian, Russian and English languages. The methodology and training materials of trainings are always "tailor-made" - in accordance with specific development needs of our clients. Our company has also  possibility to use participant manuals and training instuments (behavioral profiles, competency assessment tools,  games, DVD-s, etc.), which are provided by the leading international producers of instrumental learning tools.
